How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your favorite design, choose your size and color (if applicable), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Most of our products feature high-quality printed designs using advanced printing techniques. This ensures vibrant colors and durability. Specific printing methods vary by product type.

How do I care for my products?

Apparel:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Do not iron directly on the design
  • Avoid bleach

Mugs:

  • Hand wash recommended for longevity
  • Dishwasher safe (top rack)
  • Microwave safe

Posters/Prints:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
  • Frame for best protection

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays and print processes. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?

Currently, we offer our curated collection of motivational designs. Custom requests aren’t available at this time, but we’re always adding new designs based on what our community loves!


Ordering Products

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Production Time: 2-5 business days (items are made to order)
Shipping Time:

  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days

Total delivery time is typically 5-12 business days for US orders from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, contact us.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address you provided
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items delivered early)
  4. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Standard shipping is currently our only option. However, since we print on demand, we get your order into production as quickly as possible!

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return a defective item?

What does “print-on-demand” mean?

Print-on-demand means we don’t keep inventory sitting in a warehouse. Instead, each item is created specifically for you after you order it. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without waste!

Why does production take several days?

Since we make each item to order just for you, it takes time to print, quality-check, and prepare your product for shipping. This ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality item.

Are print-on-demand items lower quality?

Not at all! We partner with professional manufacturers who use the same high-quality materials and printing techniques as traditional retailers. The only difference is we make items on demand instead of in bulk.
